Wow, this is a pretty new forum, I stumbled across it when I was searching for diets and so forth at fitnessfanatic. Quite a cool site and I learned a bit too.

Hi Ben,

Yeah it's very new! But we'll get there. More and more people will come with time.

I actually own Fitness Fanatic so it’s great that you found it useful and even better that you made it this far :-) It's taken quite alot of time to build but in doing that I have learnt a tremendous amount about fitness.

So what your background, have you just started out doing body building?

I've been doing it for about 6 years (well kinda since I was a teen but on and off) and have learnt lots - well i like to think i have - about weight lifting and nutrition.

Hi PhilG

Wow, thats amazing that you own Fitness Fanatic!

It must have taken alot of time to compile the information and research and learning about all the different diets and so on.

I too have started out bodybuilding, I have been doing it for about the past year and want to get into competing as I reckon that would be a really good achievement to have! (Not to mention it pulls the chicks!)

It should take sometime to get there but I am determined and am in a pretty good state which I have been working towards. I am 85kgs and have been doing alot of Cardio to tone up and loose excess fat. Also been doing a weights program to tone. I want to put on some size though but again we can't have everything. Requires hard work.

So what about yourself PhilG, are you planning on competing or anything like that, who is your favourite bodybuilder?
